Fun and flirty black multi tier 80s cocktail dress with pink accents. This dress has a sweetheart neckline with a chiffon halter strap. It is ruched on the bodice and the skirt tiers are gathered for volume (the under layers are pink). It has boning in the bodice and is lined. Closes at back with plastic zipper.
